She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield Isome "Buddy" Ragland and Zelma Lorrine Hardy; and her daughters, Clara Diane Janes and Tracy Virginia Leatherwood. She is survived by: her brother Gordan William "Bill" Hardy; and her grandchildren, Michelle Schoolcraft, Vance Prewitt, Tara Prewitt, Melinda Prewitt, Clay Joyner, Christy McDonald and Nicole Earnest-Tice. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
