He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela Winn Webb; his parents, Hubert Ray "Skeet" Webb and Johnnie Bell Lewellyn Cummings; and his siblings, Sylvia Mullins and Tom Webb.
He is survived by: his children, Ida Whaley (Michael) of Germantown, TN and John Zach Webb of Moscow, TN; his brother Mike Webb (Joy) of Sparta, TN; his stepsister Joan Wilson (Jere) of Sparta, TN; and his siblings-in-law, Wanda Webb of Knoxville, TN, Jess Mullins of Sparta, TN and Richard Winn, Jr. of Southaven, MS. He is also survived by four grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
