It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Thomas Spencer of Moscow, Tennessee, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Spencer and Eunice Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Deone Spencer; his son Brandon Spencer (Emily); his grandsons, Zachary and Luke; his sisters, Linda Wamble and Susan Woods (Stewart); and his family Jehovah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and many, many friends.
