She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood Woodrow Simmons and Freddie Mae Wiley Simmons; and her sisters, Carolyn Tacker and Peggy Williams. She is survived by: her husband Ray Garcia, Jr. of Moscow, TN; her son Ray Garcia III of Moscow, TN; her stepchildren, Raelynn Garcia of Oakland, TN and Richard Garcia of Columbia, SC; and her siblings, Sue German of Moscow, TN and Ed Simmons of Iuka, MS. She is also survived by three step-granddaughters and one step-great-granddaughter.
