It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Smith (Morristown, Tennessee), who passed away on November 12, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Smith Jr.; her parents, Robert L Russell and Quinnie Russell; and her siblings, Hubert Russell and Hazel Turner.

She is survived by: her children, Cheryl "Sherry" Black (Allen), Teresa Gail Miller, Larry Smith (Betty) and Stephen Smith (Kim); and her grandchildren, Caroline Sizemore, Kimberly Troup, Angela Lowe, Tiffany Smith, Heather Russell, Robin Hale, Emily Smith-Peavler and Joshua Smith. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
