She is survived by: her daughter Annetha Purkey (Doyle); her grandchildren, Merrill Sampson (Gene) and Pam Jones (Harold); her great grandchildren, Alyssa Inman (Adrien) and Brent Sampson; and her sister Carol Matthews.
