He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Byrd and Maxine "Pud" Byrd. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Byrd; his children, Nikki Byrd Morton (Jimmy) and Lynn Byrd (Ashley); his grandchildren, Becca Byrd, Elijah Morton and Bodie Byrd; and his sisters, Mona Ramsey (John) and Kathy Mullins (Larry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Shriners Crippled Children's Hospital in memory of Ron.
