We are sad to announce that on July 24, 2021, at the age of 91, Willie Wells of Morristown, Tennessee passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Willie Wells to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Wells and Leva Bacon Wells. He is survived by: his wife Lillie Carter Wells; his children, Sharon Carrier (Danny) and Steve Wells (Terri); his grandchildren, Jessica Cates, Daniel Carrier and Stevie Wells; his great grandchild Reagan McCloud; and his siblings, Bruce Wells, Henry Wells and Ada Clevenger.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Shriners in his memory.

“I am so sorry to hear of Willie's passing. My dad considered him his best friend, and he was a friend to us all. I saw him one final time shortly before mom passed, and we talked for a minute or two, but as usual, he was late to watch a baseball game. No one who knew him could ever forget him. May he rest in peace, and may his memory always bring a smile and be a blessing. I remember you all fondly and wish you love and peace in this trying time. Tammie Tucker Olaker”
