With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William H. Welch of Morristown, Tennessee, born in Jellico, Tennessee, who passed away on August 31, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Chitwood Welch; and his parents, John Welch and Mary Welch. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Charles (Bill) of Knoxville, TN, Cecilia Welch of Atlanta, GA and Keith Welch (Anna) of Port Townsend, WA; his grandson Seth Charles (Joy) of Knoxville, TN.; his great grandchildren, Temple, Josephine Harris, Chelsea Charles, Abrey Thomas, Dawson Charles and Braden Thomas; and his brother Travis Welch (Sherry) of Lafollette, TN..
