He was predeceased by: his parents, William Melvin and Reba Nell Rickard; and his father-in-law Leroy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Teresa "Terri" Rickard; his children, Amy Walker (David) of Volga, W. V. and Jason Rickard (Nikki) of Russellville; his grandchildren, Marissa Walker, Chris Walker, Maylee Rickard and Mya Grace Rickard; his great grandchild Olivia Walker; his sister Mary "Cricket" Holston (Johnny); and his mother-in-law Sherry Smith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the Youth Fund of Westview Baptist Church.
