He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rogers; his sons, Kevin Rogers (Myra) of Columbus Mississippi and William Rogers Jr. (Sarah) of Memphis; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Ashley, Steven, Elizabeth, Alexandra Poplukhin (Oleg) and Christian; his sisters, Rita Owen (Glen) of Greenville and Marilyn Waldo of Jefferson City; and his aunt Shirley Mutter.
