He is survived by: his wife Kristi Cagle; his children, Brittney Cagle Pupo (Joshua Pupo), Casey Gentry, Kris Lee, Nick Lee and O'Malley; his grandchildren, Kyleigha Kyle, Kaydace Cagle, Trinity Pupo, Elijah Pupo, Austin Caskey and Alexis Caskey; and his siblings, Randy Cagle, Beauford Hayes and Donna Cagle.
