He is survived by: his wife Helen Stansberry Winstead Strange; his children, Debbie Hill of Whitesburg, Sheila Noe of Morristown, Teresa Wheeler of Greeneville, Nikki Strange, Jennifer Broyles of Midway and Thomas Tilman Strange Jr. (Mary Beth) of Morristown; his stepson Richard Winstead (Tammy) of Mohawk; and his siblings, Mary Ellen Nichols of Russellville, Carroll Stroud of Seattle and Johnny Stroud of Mohawk. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
