He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Fred and Mable Taylor. He is survived by: his parents, Patti Jo Lee-Taylor and Thomas Frederick Taylor, Sr.; his children, Zachary, Zoe and Audri Taylor; his siblings, Jaclyn Taylor-Curtis, Joshua Taylor (Brittni), Scott Shuttleworth and Savannah Taylor; and his grandparents, Arthur "Jack" and Betty Lee.
