He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. Long and Imogene Lane; and his sister Kathy Stubblefield. He is survived by: his wife Suellen Long; his sons, Mitchell Long and Michael Long; and his sisters, Helen Stuffel (David), Phyllis Stuffle (Steve) and Priscilla Barnard (Curtis). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Westside Chapel Funeral Home, Inc. (3521 W Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN 37814). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hamblen Memory Gardens (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Russellville, TN 37860).
