He is survived by: his wife Regena Howard; his children, Lynda LeAnn Felknor (Jason), Heather McBee and Michael Hugh Howard (Tonya); his grandchildren, Kimber McDaniel (Aaron), Tasha Carmack (Joe), Collynn McBee, Krista Felknor and Katie Felknor; his sister-in-law Rowena Weston; and his great grandchildren, Kandi Carmack, Kacee Carmack and Copeland McDaniel.
