He was predeceased by: his wife Judy; and his parents, Joe Purkey and Mildred Purkey. He is survived by: his daughters, Wendi DeMello (David) of Bunker Hill, WV and Cindy Lee (Tom) of Russellville; his grandchildren, Corie Holt (Wayne), DJ DeMello (Steph), Adam DeMello and Chelsea Cespedes (Jose); and his stepgrandchildren, Kesha Lee, Christy Smith and Brandon Lee. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
