He is survived by: his wife Christine Brewer; his children, Alicia Arnold (Dustin Dean) of Mooresburg and Steve Brewer, Jr. (Amanda Shumate) of Morristown; his grandchildren, Harley Arnold, Ozzy Arnold, Andrea Shumate and Steve Brewer, III; and his siblings, Mike "Red" Brewer (Vanessa), Tammy Long (Mike), Bobby Brewer and Lisa Miley (Charles). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
