He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hoover Litz; his children, Stephen Michael Litz and Emily Noe (Ernie); his grandchildren, Timothy Isaiah Litz, Hannah Grace Noe, Sarah Elizabeth Noe and Caleb Andrew Noe; his great grandchild Zaydian; and his caregiver Janet Cooper. He is also survived by cousins, family, and friends.
