He is survived by: his wife Brenda Dishner Rouse; his children, Christopher Rouse (Ann) of Jonesborough and Sarah Smith (Dagan) of Morristown; his stepgrandsons, Taylor and Sawyer Smith; and his brothers, Jerry Rouse (Betty) of Neptune Beach, FL. and Chuck Rouse (Lynette) of Katy, TX.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
