She is survived by: her children, Debbie Strange (Tommy) of Del Rio, Beverly Mantooth of Del Rio, Darlene Brown of Newport and Robert Mantooth of South Carolina; her siblings, Francis Kelley of Del Rio and Eddie Messer of Ohio; and her grandchildren, Tarna Mantooth and Logan Mantooth. She is also survived by five grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
