She was predeceased by: her husband Edsel "Hoyt" Ball; and her parents, Oscar Conklin and Iona Conklin of Maryville. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Parsons (Jeff), Mark Parsons-Woolf (Matthew), Lori Rash (Matt) and Cynthia Ball Pettit (Brian); her grandchildren, Candice (Matt), Jessica, Landon, Kylie, Michael, Jacob, Sophia, Anna, Brianna, Megan and Owen; and her great grandchildren, Travis, Madelynn and Hadlee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
All persons in attendance are required to wear facial coverings and observe social distancing.
