It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelbia Jean Jacobs of Morristown, Tennessee, born in Jackson, North Carolina, who passed away on October 26, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Justice and Lora Justice; her son Curtis Frank Jacobs; and her brother Charles Justice. She is survived by: her husband Robert Frank Jacobs; her children, Tim Jacobs (Sharon) of Morristown, TN and Kristi Conn (Adam) of Morristown, TN; her grandchildren, Rob Jacobs, Logan Conn, Joey Durigon (Tiffany Golden) and Charlotte Conn; her great grandchildren, Aiden Jacobs, Audriana Durigon and Jordan Winstead; and her sister Dinah Youngdeer of Cherokee, NC.. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
