Sebert was predeceased by: parents, Sebert Calvin Collins, Sr. and Hester Price Collins; former wife Judy Collins; son Chris Collins; and stepson Matthew Surbrook.
Sebert is survived by: wife Carol Huston Collins; daughter Kimberly Collins (Rob Ritz); stepson Jacob Surbrook (Mandy); sisters, Ruby Valentine, Shirley Williams and Linda Tharp; and stepgrandchildren, Christian Ratcliff, Noah Surbrook, Melody Surbrook, Allisha Surbrook, Sabrina Surbrook and Heather Surbrook. Sebert is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Serenity House in Morristown, TN, the Senior Citizen Center in Morristown, TN, or any other non-profit organization of your choice.
