He is survived by: his wife Debra Cope; his daughter Tammy Hicks (Graydon) of Fort Davis, Texas; his granddaughter Rebekah Hicks of Fort Davis, Texas; his brother Troy Cope (Linda); and his brother-in-law Jessee Meade (Lawana Stewart). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
