He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Bledsoe and Edith Cope Bledsoe; and his siblings, JC, Daniel, Jimmy, Eddie "Goose", Sammie Bledsoe and Brenda Bledsoe Richards.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Bledsoe Skatzes, Mark Wetzel Bledsoe, Nikki Bledsoe Edwards (Jamie), Megan Bledsoe McDermott (Mark) and Katlin Gonzalez; his grandchildren, Richard Skatzes, Trevor Edwards, Kyler Bledsoe, Zyleigh, Zaidyn, Parker Bash, Haisleigh, Hailyn Edwards, Madison, Morgan and Mackenzie McDermott; and his sister Linda Bledsoe Johnson.
