He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie B. Combs and Hazel M. Combs; and his siblings, Phyllis Greene, Billy and Jerry Combs.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Davis Combs (Pat); his children, Lorie Ann Sigler (Danny) and Leah Ranell Thompson (Chris); his grandchildren, David Thompson (Lindsey), Beth Bearden (Charles), Emily Rae Sigler, Becca Thompson Smith and Jacob Andrew Sigler; his great grandchildren, Ally, Cameron, Kyra Thompson, Alexis and Olivia Bearden; and his brother Steve Combs (Kathy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research or Shriners Children Hospitals.
