Ernest Bailey and Beatrice Shell Bailey; his siblings, Lena Faye Bailey, Ruby Aline Nolan and Jack Clark Bailey; his nephew North; his siblings-in-law, Ed Morris, Dwight Herald, Marvin, Preston, Bill Ball, Virginia Fuson and Marcella Smith; and his parents-in-law, Logan and Nannie Ball.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ball Bailey; his siblings, Lonnie Bailey (Marti) of Dandridge, TN, Paul Bailey (Audrey) of Pineville, KY, Lila Morris of Cookeville, TN, Jill Williams (Willie) of Tiskilwa, IL and Sue Herald of Cookeville, TN; his aunt Mollie Shell of Manchester, KY; and his siblings-in-law, Melvin Nolan of Dayton, OH, Joe Ball (Cheryle) of Dayton, OH, Bobby Ball of Dayton, OH, Joy Bailey of Eolia, KY, Doshie Ball of Dayton, OH and Geneva Ball of Dayton, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
