He is survived by: his wife Mary Holder; his sons, Ronnie Holder (Patty) and Chris Holder (Denise); his grandchildren, Jessica Holder (Jonathan Martin), Greg Holder, Johnathon Holder (Allie) and Chase Holder (Taylor); his stepgrandson Gary Taylor; his great grandchildren, Rayley, Riggs and Baylor Holder; and his sister Gail Hoffman.
