He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldridge Elkins (Ruby) and Thelma Elkins; his former wife Barbara Cox Elkins; and his siblings, Raymond, Harvey Elkins and Shirley Webber.
He is survived by: his wife Christeen Elkins; his siblings, Paul Elkins (Glenda), Wayne Elkins (Lisa) and Wanda Elkins; his children, Kathy Wolfe, Bobby Elkins (Melinda) and Angela (Eric); his granddaughters, Kyla Bussell (Cody), Rachel Arnwine (Blake) and Kelly Elkins-Fry (Jacob); and his great grandchildren, Kaylyn Bussell and Blakely Arnwine.
