He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy Lee Cupp; his parents, Charles William and Ora Lee Cupp; and his siblings, Pam, Corda, Irene, Patricia and Cup.
He is survived by: his wife Christal Cupp; his daughters, Kristy Lee Claiborne, Jessica Cupp and Kimberly Kay; his brother Billy Cupp; and his grandchildren, James and Courtney Claiborne.
