He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Bloomer and Ruth Bloomer; his brother Sam Bloomer; his daughter Teresa Knight; and his granddaughter Chassidy Helton.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bloomer; his daughter Charlene "Nicki" Helton; his grandchildren, Leslie Knight (David), Nicholas Madison and Katelyn Helton; and his great grandchild Baylee. He is also survived by 9 brothers and sisters; as well as several nieces and nephews.
