He was predeceased by: his mother Teresa Arwood. He is survived by: his daughter Kourtni Combs (Randall); his grandchildren, Carson Combs and Katherine Combs; his father Jack Arwood; and his brother Rusty Arwood (Lori). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
