He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kay Harr (Culbertson); his children, Charles Harr (Kristin) and Susan Sinard (Curt); his grandchildren, Jacob and Abigail Sinard; and his sister Shirley Robeson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
