He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Biggs and Mary Biggs; and his father-in-law Reverend Buddy White. He is survived by: his wife Debra White Biggs; his children, Kristi Witt (Ricky) and Philip Biggs (Lori); his grandsons, Evan, Lance Witt, Riley and Klayton Biggs; his mother-in-law Imogene White; his brother David Biggs (Lynda); and his nephew Clint Biggs (Madison).
