She was predeceased by: her parents, Estel Stuart and Nervie Stuart; and her son Roger Lee Owens. She is survived by: her children, Wesley Eugene Owens (Mandy Lucille), Betty Dougherty (Rick) and Wanda Owens Mata (Rigoberto); her grandchildren, Matthew Mata, Christina Mata, Jessica Kent, Justin Leon, Randy Owens, Rachael Hernandez, Kelly Turner and Joseph Owens; her brother Donald Stuart; and her pet Pepper. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Westside Chapel Funeral Home to go toward funeral expenses.
