He is survived by: his siblings, Rick Rines (Delana) of Morristown and Annamae Lamons of Jefferson City; his daughter Kristie Smith (Donald); and his granddaughter Halie Smith of Russellville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
