He is survived by: his wife Peggy Quinn Gulley; his brother Chris Gulley (Carla); his uncles, Gary Marshall and Hugh Price (Jan); and his pet Jax. He is also survived by several cousins, many friends and co-workers.
He was a member of Montvue Baptist Church, Board Member of EMS and Healthstar Foundation.
