He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Dwornik and Stella Dwornik; his children, Robert Dwornik (Barbara) and Pam Bush (Eric); his grandchildren, Brian and Lauren Dwornik; his sister Sophia; his nephews, Dwight, Ricky, Dan, Jerry, Steve and Phillip; and his niece Roberta Raba (Dan). He is also survived by many other nephews and nieces.
