He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Fugate and Mary Ruth Fugate; his siblings, Sue Sears, Rosetta Sexton, Anita Bales, Bonnie Lou Fugate, Duke Fugate and Jerry Fugate; his daughter Randa Luster; and his brothers-in-law, Jack Collins, Lacy Sexton, Gene Sears and Greg Bales.
He is survived by: his son Rylee Luster (Jodi); his grandsons, Isaac, Josiah and Jacob; and his siblings, Phyllis Carroll (Houston), Mozell Collins and Darrell Fugate (Donna). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
