She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Doug" Davis; her parents, Virginia McKee and Vestal McKee; her brother Bobby Lynn; and her siblings-in-law, Jane McKee, Richard Anderson and Robert "Bob" Eidson.

She is survived by: her sisters, Barbara Eidson of Morristown and Judy Anderson of Mohawk; her stepson Clinton "Doug" Davis of Acton, ME; her stepgrandson Chris Davis (Matt Davis) of Louisiana; her stepgreat-granddaughter Breelyn of Louisiana; and her nieces and nephews, George Anderson (Marsha), Chris Anderson (Laura), Missy Allen (Tim), Scott Eidson (Stephanie), Brandon McKee (Melinda) and Justin McKee.

“Judy and Barbara, my heart goes out to you in the loss of your sister and my old friend Phyllis. I have wonderful memories of our time working together at Dick's Dime Store and some of the crazy things we did after work. I ran into her occasionally and we tried to catch each other up on what was going on in our lives. I was unaware until reading her obituary that both Bobby and Richard had passed.
