She was predeceased by: her husband Sterling Vaughn; her parents, Ben Peterson and Flora Peterson; and her siblings, Zeke of Guy, H. T., Horton Peterson, Jane Harrell, Lena Coffey, Mae Gusler, Ruth Hodge and Jacqueline Honeycutt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Vaughn Cranford (John) and Kathy Vaughn Mills (Mike); her grandchildren, Jenny Cranford Dennis (John) of Nashville, Amy Cranford Dewease of Morristown, Seth Cranford (Lea) of St. Leonard and Brandon Sawyer (Lindsay) of Morristown; her great grandchildren, Anna Dewease, Finley, Cooper Dennis, Wes, Ty, Hudson, Jack Cranford, Carli and Brady Sawyer; her sisters-in-law, Wanda Vaughn and Sallie Vaughn of Morristown; and her nephews, Donald Coffey (Pat) of Jackson and Ben Coffey (Kitty) of Morristown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
