He was predeceased by: his former wife Lavon; his parents, Edna Petree and Harry Petree; and his brothers, David, Bobby Charles, Van and Jack.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Breeden Petree; his sisters, Jewell Clark, Rose Draker, Nancy Smith and Karen Douglas; his grandchildren, Pam, Mack, Ceara and Jayden Wilson; his children, Stacey, Shawn Nathan, Abigail Welden, Christy, Neil Duncan, Christopher, Amy, Gavin, Aiden Duncan, Ashely and Weston Holt; and his close friend Chris Majors.
