He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Alice Hopkins; his grandchildren, Crystal Sunshine, Jonathan and Jesse Young; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Hopkins.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Hopkins; his children, David Hopkins (Kathy), Joyce Caruso (Louis), Shirley Hodge (Chucky) and Steve Hopkins (Nadine); and his brother George David Hopkins (Margaret). He is also survived by 2 step-children; 12 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, along with extended family and friends.
