She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Buster Hixon; her son Theodore Irwin Holeton III; and her parents, Lester Kappen and Mary Lou Pace. She is survived by: her children, Tina Arwood (Michael) and Robert James Hixon; her grandchildren, Shaylan Waddell (John), Seth Harville, Gage Arwood, Skyler Arwood and Harlie Arwood; and also Debby Jones (Patricia).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mayes Mortuary (444 W Main St, Morristown, TN 37814). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hamblen Memory Gardens (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN 37814).
