She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Wallen and Ruby Marie Birch; her uncle Donald Crider Sr.; and her grandmother Mary Crider Reed. She is survived by: her fiancé Daniel Wayne Lemon; her daughters, Kadie Lee Davis and Jodie Sumpter (Daniel Wayne Lemon); her stepson Eddie Mullins; her son-in-law Mitchell Davis; her siblings, Joann Kinzel, Michael Wallen and Eddie Wallen; and also Matthew Davis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and 8 grandchildren.
