She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McCoy and Mary McCoy; and her siblings, Ruby Hatcher, Louise Taylor and J. C. McCoy.
She is survived by: her children, Johnnie Taylor (Tania) of St. Simons Island, GA, Ronnie Taylor (Mary) of Rutledge, GA, Brenda Maxwell (Robert) of Elgin, IL, Kathy Maxwell (Leon) of Elgin, IL, Steve Taylor (Debora) of Elgin, IL and Robin Lamb (David H.) of Mohawk, TN; her sisters, Betty Hatcher of Morristown, Arkie Bennett of Cadiz, KY and Bonnie Cheek of Machesney Park, IL; and her niece Charlotte Shelton. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
