He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Ivy and Shirley Ivy; his brother Hilary O. Ivy; his girlfriend Melissa Quinton; his children, Nathaniel Ivy (Bridgett Phillips), Dakota Ivy (Brad Slone) and Autumn Ivy Collins; his grandchildren, Skylar and Daniel Ivy; his nephews, Dagan Ivy (Jayln) and Rylan Ivy (Allison); and his great-niece Layne "Peanut" Ivy. He is also survived by several other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to help with funeral expenses.
