She was predeceased by: her sister Crystal Carmack; and her granddaughter Amaya Carmack. She is survived by: her parents, Joyce Carmack and John Shorter; her siblings, Darinda Beasley and Tommy Carmack (Stephanie); her children, Shauntel Horne (Christian), Abigail Castillo, Cassandra Carmack, Jose Martinez (Kristina), Johnathan Carmack and Cristian Carmack; her grandchildren, Alexzander Carmack, Azariah Riveria, Aleigha Carmack and Sophia Martinez; and her nieces, Mercedes, Melody and Tay. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
