She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil Wayne Hinchey; and her brother Richard Spencer Hale. She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Hinchey Davis (Mike) of Orlando and Janet Hinchey Rouse (Rusty) of Morristown; her grandchildren, Ryan Michael Davis (Jackie) of West Greenwich, Joshua Matt Davis (Melissa) of Oviedo, Patrick Wayne Davis (Jasmine) of Raeford, Carrie Rouse Cobble (Rodney) of Morristown, Rachel Rouse Dearing (Brad) of Morristown and Taylor Lynn Rouse of Morristown; and her sisters, Roberta Johnston of Bradenton, Betty Jo Hale of Mt. Juliet and Margaret Needham (Don) of Morristown, Tennessee.. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in memory of Mildred Hinchey to the First Baptist Church of Morristown, Tennessee.
